Terms of Service

Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Ledgerly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Ledgerly lets you create professional invoices and quotes and generate them as PDF documents. An account is required to save your invoices and quotes and to access them later from "My invoices".
Your account
- You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Ledgerly only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to create fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal documents, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Ledgerly's systems.
Your content
You retain ownership of the information you enter into Ledgerly, including business details, client information, and the invoices and quotes you create.
You grant Ledgerly the limited right to store and process this information solely for the purpose of providing the service to you — generating your PDF documents and keeping them available in your account.
Availability and changes
Ledgerly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service to maintain or improve it, and we'll aim to keep any disruption to a minimum.
Termination
You may stop using Ledgerly at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we make changes to these terms, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
